DESATAR Ministry in the heart of Davenport Florida is a place of "New Beginnings” where transformative worship saturates the atmosphere during both our English and Spanish services.

Desatar means "to loosen" in Spanish as to set the captive and oppressed free by the power of the word of God and the transformational work of the Holy Spirit. Our goal is to fulfill the great commission and preach the Gospel, in both word and action. Our desire is to build up strong leaders and lose them into our dying community and world as ambassadors of life and hope.

OUR PASTORS
Fernando and Lillian Ortiz are both overseeing pastors serving at DESATAR Ministry, in Davenport, FL.
They have 6 Beautiful Children, and 11 grand-children - who they call their army for Christ!
Pastors Ortiz were both born in Puerto Rico. Pastor Lillian came to Milwaukee at the age of 6 and has been serving the Lord since she was 13-years-old. Pastor Fernando migrated to the US when he was 22-years-old. After living in Florida for many years and learning a new language, Pastor Fernando later found himself yearning for the guidance of the Lord through His word.
Pastors Ortiz have always had a passion for souls and have embraced their calling to serve the Lord in his Kingdom.
Their unshakeable foundation in Christ is helping to rescue souls from the chains of darkness as they help continue to expand the Kingdom of God!
