Commitment Statement:

I understand that fasting is a spiritual discipline that has many benefits in a person's physical and spiritual life. I know that fasting is not a means of attaining or maintaining salvation, but it is a gift of Grace given to me to empower my life as a disciple.  I am aware that consulting with my doctor is my responsibility before entering into any fasting season. I agree to commit 100% to this fasting season, in solidarity with my leadership and brothers and sisters in Christ. I will treat this fast with serious character and as a sacred offering to God.
